Numero Group announces Ida ‘Will You Find Me’ 25th anniversary box set

NYC indie rock greats Ida‘s fifth album, Will You Find Me, turns 25 this year, and reissue label Numero Group is giving it the deluxe box set treatment. Available as a 4-LP or 5-CD set, this is a co-release with Tiger Style Records and will be out April 25. Both feature never-before-heard outtakes, alternate mixes, 4-track demos, and covers. Preorders are available.

The 4-LP vinyl box set features the original album, remastered, on two of the LPs, with the other two containing 34 additional tracks. The CD box features a mammoth 89 previously unreleased and rare songs. The sets also come with a 64-page booklet featuring new liner notes about the making of Will You Find Me, plus rare photos, ephemera and a new essay by music writer Douglas Wolk. Ida will be on tour soon with Tsunami (who got a Numero Group box set last year) and play NYC at Bowery Ballroom on March 29. All dates are listed below.
