One of the upcoming PS Plus Premium classics has apparently been leaked by a website that scours PS Store’s back end. A little while ago, a PSN entry for PSP’s Patapon 3 was spotted, indicating that the game may be headed to the PS5 and PS4 in the near future.
February 2025’s PS Plus Extra games and Premium classics will be announced this week
As shared by Gematsu, the PSN entry for Patapon 3 was published by ORBISPatches, but the game’s PS Store page isn’t live yet. While PS Plus classics are often leaked by PSN back end scrapers, the data doesn’t tell us when those games will be added to the service.
If previous leaks of games like Dino Crisis are any indication, it may be a few months before Patapon 3 is actually added to PS Plus. That said, Sony is expected to reveal February 2025’s Extra and Premium catalog refresh later this week (possibly at the rumored PlayStation State of Play), so we’ll find out soon enough if Patapon 3 will be part of the next lineup or not.
Since Patapon 3 is a first-party title, expect the game to launch with trophy support and be available for standalone purchase for folks without PS Plus Premium.
