Nacon Connect 2025 has ended bringing a plethora of video game announcements to the ears and eyes of gamers around the world. One of the most prominent reveals was RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business, a stand-alone expansion for the underrated Teyon first-person shooter based on the cult classic action film series.
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business launches on PS5 this summer
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business lets players take on the role of the titular character once again. Continuing where the base game left off, the streets of Detroit are still as crime-ridden as ever. A gang of highly trained mercenaries have taken control of the OmniTower, a huge housing complex meant to provide aid to the Old Detroit residents. RoboCop’s objective is simple: eliminate the threat. Check out the new trailer below.
“Following the success of RoboCop: Rogue City, which captivated over one million players, Teyon Studio calls the half-man, half-machine, 100% cop back into action with an all-new standalone expansion: Unfinished Business,” reads Nacon’s press release. “To reach the top of Omni Tower, now overrun by elite mercenaries, players will have access to new weapons, brutal finish moves, and special missions. These missions will take them through intense flashbacks, offering the chance to play as Alex Murphy for the first time in a video game.”
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business looks to recreate an experience that feels authentic to the franchise. As such, RoboCop and Alex Murphy will be portrayed by Peter Weller once again, the original actor from the films.
RoboCop: Rogue City launched on PS5 back in November 2023, doing fairly decent critically. According to review aggregate site Metacritic, the first-person shooter received an average score of 72 across 55 critic reviews.
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business will launch this summer on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S. PlayStation players can add it to their PS Store wishlist right now.
