The Armed, Tim Kinsella & Jenny Pulase, Poliça opening Bernie Sanders’ “Fighting Oligarchy” tour
The Vermont senator is inviting out musical guests as he rallies against oligarchy and authoritarianism.

Vermont senator Bernie Sanders is on his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, having held recent rallies in Iowa City (after which he wrote, “I want to thank the overflow crowds who came out in Iowa City to stand up to Trumpism. Together we must say NO to oligarchy, NO to authoritarianism, NO to massive cuts in Medicaid and NO to huge tax breaks for billionaires”) and Omaha, and like he has in the past, he’s having bands and musicians join him to perform before he speaks. His next stop is Kenosha, WI on Friday (3/8), where Kinsella & Pulse, LLC (the duo of Tim Kinsella and Jenny Pulse, who used to record as Good Fuck) will open for him at De Simone Arena. RSVP to attend.
On Saturday (3/8), Bernie has events scheduled at Altoona, WI’s Altoona High School with Poliça opening (RSVP), and the Detroit-area Warren, MI’s Lincoln High School with The Armed opening (RSVP).
Those are all the dates we know at the moment, but stay tuned for more.

Let me give you some good news: last week, we held great anti-oligarchy rallies in Iowa and Nebraska.
The American people believe in democracy.
They do not want to see us move toward oligarchy or authoritarianism. That's true in purple, blue, and red states. pic.twitter.com/YMB5XCD3gV
