Plaza Premium Group celebrates multiple prestigious awards from top travel platforms

CHINA. Travel hospitality specialist Plaza Premium Group (PPG) is celebrating its latest accolades, having been honoured with prestigious awards from renowned travel platforms Agoda and Fliggy.

This latest achievement adds to its recent success at the CHA China Hotel Awards, where it was awarded ‘Best Airport Hotel 2024’.

Fliggy, Alibaba Group’s online travel platform, has named Aerotel Beijing a ‘Star Hotel’ based on guest experience quality and reviews. The award recognises hotels for their service quality, customer satisfaction and innovation. The hotel previously won Fliggy’s ‘Best Partner of the Year’ award in 2019 and 2020.

In addition, the hotel brand was recently presented with the Gold Circle Award by Agoda, marking its first recognition from the leading online travel platform. Since 2009, Agoda has recognised top-performing property partners for their excellence in customer experience, service and partnership.

Aerotel is part of Plaza Premium Group’s airport hotel portfolio, offering travellers flexible hourly stays, quality services and comfortable spaces since 2016.

The brand has expanded its presence to ten key global destinations, including Beijing, Qingdao, Kuala Lumpur, Cebu, Singapore, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, London, Muscat and Jeddah. A new location is set to open at Shanghai Pudong International Airport in the second quarter of 2025.

In addition to hotel awards, Plaza Premium Lounge Chongqing Guest Service Officer Cheng Dan was honoured with the ‘Customer Service Star Award 2024’ by Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, the lounge’s first accolade since opening last year.
