Osborne partners with Avolta to bring a ‘taste of Spanish excellence’ to Jerez Airport
Wine, spirits and gourmet food company Osborne has collaborated with Avolta to unveil an immersive shopping experience at Jerez Airport in Andalucia.


SPAIN. Wine, spirits and gourmet food company Osborne has collaborated with Avolta to unveil an immersive shopping experience at Jerez Airport in Andalucia.
The permanent branded space is positioned at the Avolta shop entrance to maximise visibility and introduce travellers to the world of Osborne.
Officially opened on 12 March, the retail space features the Osborne bull silhouette, a symbol of the Spanish company’s heritage and tradition.
Osborne Global Travel Retail Manager Cathy Rolland said, “This new permanent space underlines our strong partnership with Avolta, a company that shares our mission to promote exceptional local products and offer travelling consumers that special sense of place.
“As the ambassador of Spanish gastronomy, Osborne is very proud of its heritage and long tradition in producing and presenting the best of Spain. At Jerez Airport we can offer travellers a true taste of Spanish excellence.”
The space highlights Osborne’s sherry selection, which falls under the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Denomination of Origin – a protected designation for sherry produced in the ‘Sherry Triangle’ within the Cádiz province.
Cinco Jotas, known for its 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, is presented alongside Carlos I brandies.
Also featured are premium gins Nordés – described by Osborne as “Galicia in a bottle” – and Gin Gold, which stands out with its five-distillations process and strong citrus flavour.
The Osborne offer is rounded up with Montecillo, famous for its Rioja wines.
