Oasis reunion tour documentary being made by ‘Peaky Blinders’ creator Steven Knight
The documentary is billed as “A Film By Steven Knight,” with directors Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, who made ‘Meet Me in the Bathroom’ and LCD Soundsystem’s ‘Shut Up and Play the Hits’

Oasis‘ much-anticipated Live ’25 reunion tour kicks off in July, and they’ve announced there will be a documentary made about it. It’s being produced by Steven Knight, creator of Peaky Blinders and other British TV series, and it’s being billed as “A Film by Steven Knight,” although the directors are officially Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, who made the LCD Soundsystem documentary Shut Up and Play the Hits and Meet Me in the Bathroom.
This is obviously in the very early stages of production/pre-production, so no release date has been set and no other details, like the film’s title, have been shared. The film will be distributed by Sony Music Vision. Stay tuned.
Meanwhile, you can watch the 2016 documentary Oasis: Supersonic, which follows the band from their formation through many squabbles and hits through their massive Knebworth shows in 1996. It’s streaming for free on Pluto and you can watch the trailer below.
The band lineup for Oasis’ tour was leaked this week, and the tour hits North America this summer, including two shows at NJ’s MetLife Stadium on August 31 and September 1.
