Marvel On “Ironheart,” “Wonder Man” Releases

Marvel Studios participated in Disney’s upfront presentation to advertisers today in New York, the company teasing its two remaining live-action TV titles in 2025 – “Ironheart” and “Wonder Man”.

The company also confirmed that their updated ‘reduced output’ yearly plan is coming into effect shortly and lay it out as follows – each year the studio will produce a maximum of three movies, one or two live-action shows, and two animated shows.

“Wonder Man” is confirmed to release in December and will consist of eight episodes, each of which is 30 minutes long.

Meanwhile the first trailer for “Ironheart” is expected to arrive tomorrow. Before that, Marvel Studios has dropped a new behind-the-scenes featurette with a couple of clips of new footage.

The studio has confirmed the series is expected to premiere on June 24th as planned, and revealed that the first three episodes will be released on that date, with the remaining ones coming weekly after that.

Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams is expected to wear several different costumes over the course of the series, with the silver early prototype suit likely being the main one.

Marvel’s streaming chief Brad Winderbaum confirmed that it’s a “full practical suit” and the production team went back to using a lot of techniques from the first “Iron Man” film with a practical suit on set.

Riri is expected to wear several different costumes over the course of the series, but based on what we’ve seen so far, she’ll be spending the majority of the show in the early prototype suit shown in the various promo images and teasers.
