Linkin Park, 2025.

Linkin Park have dropped an anthemic new track called ‘Unshatter’. Check it out below.

Shared today (April 25), the song marks the latest to be shared from the forthcoming deluxe edition of ‘From Zero’.

Set to arrive on May 16 – and available to pre-order here – the new release will feature a host of new tracks that didn’t make it onto the original LP. That record arrived last year and marked the first since the tragic death of frontman Chester Bennington, with Dead Sara’s Emily Armstrong joining the band as the new singer.

The latest preview of the new material included arrives in the form of the ‘Unshatter’, which is packed with thunderous riffs, ‘00s inspired vocals from Mike Shinoda and a huge chorus destined for arenas.

“Maybe I made it more complicated than it had to be/ Maybe I’m mistaken, but it’s taking something out of me/ Maybe I’m too patient ’cause I waited until now to see/ Take what you say and I’ll ruminate away reality,” Shinoda spits, before Armstrong delivers the eruptive chorus.

“Unshatter the picture I was tryna see myself in/ Unshatter the promise that I could not believe/ I don’t know why we got so cold/ But my chest is holding all my feelings/ Unshatter me”. Check it out below.

The first preview of new material on the deluxe version was shared last month, when the band unveiled a ferocious single called ‘Up From The Bottom’.

Also set to appear on the 2025 edition of ‘From Zero’ is more previously-unheard material and live versions of songs that were played on the band’s huge run of live shows over the past few months.

The initial release of ‘From Zero’ was given a three-star review by NME, which described the record as having “an intriguing mix of sensational, knockout stadium rock and some perplexingly tired songwriting”.

“Crucially, ‘From Zero’ must be viewed as a reset, exemplified by its title which pays homage to the band’s former name: Xero,” it read. “Therefore, any inevitable comparisons to their largely masterful discography must bear in mind the place from which ‘From Zero’ was born: an organic desire from Brad Delson, Dave Farrell, Joe Hahn and Shinoda to create together as Linkin Park once more.”

Progressing into 2025, Linkin Park are set to embark on even more live shows with Armstrong as the vocalist.

The live shows kicked off in Asia in February, and made their way over to the US earlier this month. More North American shows are booked for the next couple of months, before the band head overseas for the Europe and UK leg of dates in mid-June. These include a stop at Wembley Stadium on June 28.
