JESSICA JONES Actress Krysten Ritter Sparks DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN Season 2 Rumors
Ever since the announcement that Daredevil was returning in the Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again, there;s been speculation about whether or not we would see the other Defenders from the Netflix series return to play into the Daredevil story line. Quickly enough, it was revealed that Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle aka Punisher would be appearing in the Charlie Cox-led show, and that led to even more wonder about the other characters’ fates. Both Krysten Ritter, who played Jessica Jones, and Mike Colter, who played Luke Cage, has expressed their willingness to return, but have been adamant about not knowing if that was a real possibility. Now that this week is ushering in the season one finale, Ritter has amped up rumors again that fans may be able to look forward to her return in season 2 of Born Again. The chatter began when Ritter shared a photo of Daredevil actor Charlie Cox reading Ritter’s recently released novel, Retreat. The caption in the photo reads, “@krystenritter #NailedIT!” While this doesn’t prove anything except for the fact that Charlie Cox is a good friend, fans can hope it means they are spending some time together on the set of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.
