I only really became familiar with the term 'Wuxia' ahead of playing Phantom Blade Zero at Summer Game Fest last year. Since then, however, it's one of those descriptors that sparks a little hit of dopamine. The genre's characteristic flashy, martial arts-inspired combat and over-the-top, hero-centric drama has lured me in, and I'm very much here to stay.
