‘Another Simple Favor’ Trailer – Blake Lively Asks Anna Kendrick for One More Favor in Paul Feig’s Sequel

Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively re-team with director Paul Feig for the sequel to 2018’s A Simple Favor.

Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Lively) reunite on the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman. Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square.

Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, and Ian Ho also reprise their roles from the first film, joined by Elizabeth Perkins, Michele Morrone, Elena Sofia Ricci, Alex Newell, and Allison Janney.

Laeta Kalogridis (Shutter Island, Alita: Battle Angel) and Jessica Sharzer (A Simple Favor, “American Horror Story”) wrote the script.
