UK. Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has unveiled an exclusive lounge for airline Saudia at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.
The Saudi Arabia flag carrier claims the PPG-managed Saudia Airlines Lounge, which is open to its First and Business Class passengers only, sets a new benchmark in international travel hospitality.
The 140-guest capacity lounge’s features include a dedicated VIP Zone, “designed with elegance, a plush sense of arrival and curated artwork to enhance and elevate the ambiance”, according to PPG.
The VIP Zone is further elevated with an exclusive Middle Eastern cuisine experience featuring an à la carte menu and a personalised butler service.
The main lounge includes guest workspace zones, comfortable seating and a dining area featuring an extensive buffet including seasonal dishes and a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails.
Main lounge guests can also enjoy ‘The Chef’s Daily Table’. This offers patrons a rotating selection of fresh dishes served throughout the day, “delivering an ever-changing culinary experience to tantalise the taste buds”, in the words of PPG.
In an exclusive partnership with the London Tea Exchange, the lounge also debuts a first-of-its-kind Tea Bar. Guests can indulge in a sophisticated tea experience, sampling a curated selection of “world-class teas that redefine the art of refreshment”.
The lounge, which incorporates floor to ceiling windows with runway views, also contains a dedicated prayer area. There are also luxurious shower facilities.
