FULCI / MUTILATION BARBEQUE
Italian metal band Fulci are bringing their cinematic-inspired style of heaviosity to North America this spring. They write: “Buongiorno! We are horrified to announce that we will be on the road with Mutilation Barbecue this coming May for the ‘Duck Face Killings’ Tour. We will start with some festivals and finally we will be in Canada for a couple of shows! Be ready to grab your tickets on Friday March 7th.” The tour wraps up in NYC at The Meadows on May 17.

I’M WITH HER
I’m With Her, the trio of Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O’Donovan, and Sara Watkins, are back with a new album, Wild And Clear And Blue, which will be out May 9 via Rounder Records. (Watch the video for “Ancient Light” below.) They’ll also be on tour, including an NYC show at Beacon Theatre on November 11.
AIMEE MANN
Aimee Mann will celebrate ”22 1/2 years” of her fourth album, Lost in Space, on the road in June.
DIIV
DIIV have announced a three-show run at LA’s Teragram Ballroom on May 24-26 which they call “a full Frog in Boiling Water experience.”
AFTERSHOCK 2025
Danny Wimmer Presents’ Sacramento, CA festival Aftershock returns for its 13th annual edition on October 2-5 at Discovery Park. The 2025 lineup features over 115 bands on four stages, including blink-182, Deftones, Korn, Turnstile, Knocked Loose, Acid Bath, and more.
HARM’S WAY, FULL OF HELL, MORE
Chicago metallic hardcore ass-kickers Harms Way and Maryland grind maniacs Full of Hell have announced a co-headlining tour together, and it’s a stacked five-band bill that also includes Japanese death-metallic hardcore crew Kruelty, the Full of Hell-related Jarhead Fertilizer, and metallic hardcore West Coasters Clique, all five of whom are signed to Closed Casket Activities.
PINBACK
Pinback have announced a few East Coast shows, doing two-night stands in DC, Philly and Brooklyn. Each city gets Summer in Abaddon on night one and “the hits” on night two. Hammered Hulls, the DC punk/indie supergroup led by Mary Timony and Alec MacKaye, open all shows.
CAMPER VAN BEETHOVEN
Camper Van Beethoven will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of their debut album with a pair of San Francisco shows.
KING GIZZARD “FIELD OF VISION” FESTIVAL
Part of King Gizzard’s upcoming tour is their three-day camping Field of Vision Festival in Buena Vista, CO on August 15-17 which features headline sets from KG each day, plus Babe Rainbow, Mannequin Pussy, The Mystery Lights, Pearl Charles, White Fence, and more.
BABE RAINBOW
In addition to the Field Of Vision fest, Aussie psych-pop band Babe Rainbow will be on tour for their new album Slipper imp and shakaerator that’s out on April 4 via King Gizzard’s p(doom) Records. Dates include Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on August 14.
MATES OF STATE
Long-running indiepop duo Mates of State have announced 2025 tour dates, with an East Coast / Southwest run this summer, and West Coast dates in the fall ahead of their appearance at Best Friends Forever 2025.
ANAÏS MITCHELL
Anaïs Mitchell will play a rare solo show at NYC’s Racket on June 9 with help from her Bonny Light Horsemen bandmate Josh Kaufman.
QUICKSAND
NYC post-hardcore greats Quicksand are on a short East Coast tour starting at Garwood, NJ’s Crossroads on March 13 with Twowayradio. From there they hit Richmond, DC, Pittsburgh, Philly, Boston and Detroit.
FANTASY OF A BROKEN HEART
Fantasy of a Broken Heart have a new EP on the way, and are playing some shows, including a bunch at SXSW (our showcase included).
