The Lemonheads share new single “Deep End” ft. J. Mascis & Juliana Hatfield

Evan Dando is gearing up to release the first Lemonheads album of original material in nearly two decades later this year and as a taster, he’s just announced a 12″ single with two songs. “Deep End” is a hard-hitting rock song that features a few of Dando’s longtime friends: J Mascis on guitar, former Lemonhead member Juliana Hatfield, and Australian singer-songwriter Tom Morgan of Smudge. The flipside is a cover of Townes Van Zandt’s “Sad Cinderella.”

The 12″ is out June 13 via fire and new Lemonheads album Love Chant is out this fall via Fire Records.
