Sincere Engineer’s first 10 years subject of new documentary (stream it for free)

Deanna Belos is celebrating 10 years of her Sincere Engineer project with a new documentary, Nobody’s Gonna Do It For You: Ten Years of Sincere Engineer. “Thanks to some dumb luck and a couple ‘ah, fuck it’s, Sincere Engineer has had a pretty wild ten years,” she says. “This documentary is a look back on how it all came to be, recognizing the village that helped raise it, and a sincere thank you to all of the kind fans and friends we’ve met along the way.” Watch the trailer below.

The documentary premieres online on Thursday, May 1 at 9 PM EDT, and you can watch for free on Veeps. There will be a live chat with Deanna and the rest of the band, and you can claim a free ticket here.

There are also two in-person screenings of the doc, happening in Chicago at Metro’s Top Note Theatre on May 4 (early and late showings).
