At the international tourism fair ITB in Berlin, the TUI Global Hospitality Fund and the hotel brand Royalton CHIC Resorts have announced a joint project in Jamaica. The international hotel fund initiated by TUI and HANSAINVEST Lux S.A. has acquired an existing hotel in Runaway Bay, which is now being completely redesigned and is expected to open in late 2026 as Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resorts – Adults Only.
At Jamaica’s trade fair stand, Gregory Shervington, Regional Director Europe of Jamaica Tourist Board stated: “The TUI Global Hospitality Fund’s investment along with Royalton’s expansion in Jamaica clearly sends a strong signal of endorsement of the positive investment climate in the world famous destination.” Jurgen Stutz, SVP of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management of Blue Diamond Resorts, parent company of Royalton CHIC Resorts is also delighted about the planned hotel development: “Bringing Royalton CHIC Resorts to Jamaica is an exciting milestone that reflects our brand’s dynamic growth and the demand for elevated, experience-driven all-inclusive stays”.
Royalton CHIC Resorts will be bringing its spirited experience to Jamaica with 345 meticulously designed suites, including Diamond Club room categories for guests seeking elevated luxury with personalized butler services, premium room locations, exclusive areas, and exclusive amenities.
Guests will also enjoy four upscale dining venues and one international buffet, along with posh swim out rooms and beachfront pools, perfect for elevated social gatherings. Embracing Royalton CHIC Resorts’ signature “Party Your Way” concept, the resort will allow travellers to curate their ideal getaway – whether indulging in serene beachside or spa relaxation, or immersing themselves in vibrant entertainment, including sparkling happenings.

The newly acquired hotel will be the third asset of the TUI Global Hospitality Fund. The additional resorts are located in Zanzibar and Cape Verde and are managed by TUI’s well-known leisure brands.
