Royal Air Maroc is Morocco’s national airline and part of the Oneworld Alliance. I took two flights with them last week, and the airline was promoting an interesting status-related offer in its lounges.
Safar Flyer members can subscribe and pay to earn double or triple elite miles for 90 days. The subscription renews but can be canceled if you have reached your goal.
You can access Royal Air Maroc’s page for the status booster here.

Royal Air Maroc – Earning Award & Elite Miles
Royal Air Maroc Safar Flyer Status Benefits
Royal Air Maroc – Flight Example:
I flew two lights with Royal Air Maroc from Sao Paulo to Paris last week with a stopover in Casablanca. These flights were ticketed in D class.
The distance is 5,871 miles, and the total award and elite miles earned without the boost come to 11,742.
These doubled: 23,484
These tripled: 35,226
This would be enough for a Safar Flyer Gold that maps to Oneworld Sapphire, as long as the doubling and tripling apply for the miles credited and not flown.
Royal Air Maroc Flight Map:
This route map does not include some long-haul destinations, such as Sao Paulo, a flight that I took the other Friday.
Conclusion
Royal Air Maroc is a deep second- or third-tier Oneworld carrier that appears to offer a quick qualification route for those who take one of their business class long-haul flights. You should be close to a Safar Flyer Platinum after one trip and Sapphire after a one-way.
I have no idea how easy or difficult the airline and its frequent flier program are to deal with when things go south and what if any, value there is on their award charts.
