Jurassic World Rebirth
Gareth Edwards’ “Jurassic World Rebirth” reportedly clocks in with a runtime of 134 minutes – making it the second-longest film in the franchise behind only its immediate predecessor “Jurassic World Dominion” at 147 minutes.

Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo star in the film set five years after Dominion’s events and follows a covert team on a mission to retrieve dinosaur DNA with potential medical breakthroughs. The film opens July 2nd. [Source: AMC]

Untitled J.J. Abrams Film
Filmmaker J.J. Abrams’ new and still-untitled directorial effort has officially started production in London ahead of a 2026 release through Warner Bros. Pictures.

Glen Powell, Jenna Ortega, Emma Mackey and Samuel L. Jackson star in the film with no story details revealed – and previous talk of it involving time travel has been shot down. [Source: World of Reel]

Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning
Paramount has announced they are hosting an IMAX Opening Day Fan Event for “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning” screenings in the U.S. with tickets going on sale this Sunday at 9am US-ET for the event which takes place on Thursday, May 22nd at 2pm.

Attendees will receive a 14×20 dual-sided exclusive collector’s print and get to see the film with NO trailers or commercials attached, they strongly advise to get to the session early as the movie will start right on the dot of 2pm. See IMAX or exhibitor sites for tickets, while tickets to the regular wide release of the film will officially go on sale Monday.

Sirens
Netflix has released the trailer for its darkly comedic limited series “Sirens” starring Milly Alcock, Julianne Moore, Kevin Bacon, Glenn Howerton, Meghann Fahy and Bill Camp. The series launches on the streamer on May 22nd.

Fahy plays a woman who finds her sister (Alcock) staying in a massive mansion that essentially seems to serve as a cult that’s being run by the enigmatic socialite Michaela Kell (Moore). The story unfolds over the course of one explosive weekend.
