Listen to SAULT’s new album ’10’
In other news, SAULT’s Inflo is being sued by former collaborator Little Simz over an unpaid $2.2 million personal loan.

Enigmatic UK collective SAULT are back with a new album, 10, which is out through Forever Living Originals. (If you’re keeping track, the group released 11 back in 2022 along with four other albums all on the same day, and 5 and 7 came out in 2019.) Inflo (Dean Josiah Clover) and Cleo Sol (Cleopatra Nikolik) are credited as co-songwriters on all 10 songs, which are titled with initials, and previous contributors Chronixx and Jack Peñate appear on a few tracks.
As usual, it’s a lushly orchestrated and produced collection, mixing soul, funk, jazy, R&B, acid jazz and more. The album appeared briefly over the weekend on streaming services — SAULT like surprise drops — but it was then quickly pulled. It’s out now officially and you can listen below.
In other news, Inflo is currently being sued by regular collaborator Little Simz, who claims he still owes her $2.2 million for a personal loan that, in part, funded SAULT’s lavish, immersive 2023 London show, which to date is their only live performance. Little Simz also recently told Billboard that she scrapped four albums, saying, “They were great, but it’s more the situation of who I made them with. In letting go of that relationship, I had to let go of that music… It’s like having a kid with someone. You might split with the person, but you don’t just stop loving the kid.” Her new album, Lotus, was produced by Miles Clinton James.
