INDIA. Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru is celebrating its success after being named Best Airport for Arrivals Globally in the 2024 Airports Council International (ACI) World Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.

In a social media post, Bangalore International Airport Limited said: “From warm welcomes, seamless passenger experiences and assistance from our staff, we are dedicated to making every arrival feel like home.”

The ASQ Awards programme gathers real-time feedback from travellers through live surveys at 400 airports in 110 countries. ACI said its rigorous methodology ensures accurate representation of a diverse range of passenger experiences, making it the only survey that enables fair airport comparisons.

Introduced in 2006, the ASQ programme has set the global benchmark for airport passenger satisfaction.

A record 181 ASQ Awards were presented to 95 airports across the globe, recognising exceptional passenger experience.

The ASQ Awards Ceremony will take place at the ACI World Airport Experience Summit in Guangzhou, China, from 8-11 September. ✈
