Kho, currently Managing Director of L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas, will fulfil the remainder of Julia Seve’s term through June 2026, while Molloy, Senior Vice President of Harding+ US, fills a new seat for the same period.

USA. The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has appointed travel retail veterans Petrina Kho and Patrick Molloy to its Board of Directors.
Kho, currently Managing Director of L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas, joins the Board to fulfil the remainder of Julia Seve’s term through June 2026, while Molloy, Senior Vice President of Harding+ US, fills a new seat for the same period.
IAADFS Chairman Rene Reidi said: “We’re excited to have Petrina and Pat as the newest members of our Board of Directors. They both bring extensive expertise to our Board and will be valuable contributors as we chart the organisation’s course going forward.”
Before stepping into her new role at L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas last month, Kho served as Senior Vice President & General Manager at L’Oréal USA. She previously worked at the IT Cosmetics headquarters in New Jersey and later at the Urban Decay Global headquarters in California.
A highly regarded travel retail executive, Kho was General Manager of Luxe Skincare at L’Oréal Travel Retail APAC in Hong Kong, where she drove regional growth for brands such as Kiehl’s, Helena Rubinstein and Biotherm before relocating to the USA in 2021.
Her extensive career spans 13 years at P&G, Mattel and Diageo, where she held general management roles across Asia Pacific. She is lauded for her strong leadership, with a focus on team engagement and support.
Kho’s strong consumer-centric vision, retail expertise and business acumen are deemed important as L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas enters its next phase of growth.
Bringing nearly 30 years of global travel retail experience, Molloy contributes valuable expertise to the Board.
As Senior Vice President of Harding+ US, he leads the company’s retail operations across the country and works closely with cruise line partners to drive regional growth.
Starting his travel retail career with Aer Rianta International, the highly respected Irish industry veteran took on various global roles in markets such as Moscow, Egypt, Bahrain and Barbados. These experiences deepened his understanding of duty-free operations and the challenges of working in diverse cultural and business environments.
Molloy is recognised as a strong advocate for innovation and excellence in luxury travel retail, consistently challenging industry norms to enhance the guest experience.
He is also dedicated to talent development and supporting the essential contributions of frontline teams aboard Harding+ ships.
IAADFS President & CEO Michael Payne said: “We are pleased to have Petrina on the Board continuing L’Oréal’s participation, and it’s exciting to have Pat join us representing Harding+. We look forward to benefitting from their perspectives and expertise.”
