It is no secret that Microsoft is planning to bring its first-party games to other platforms like the PS5. It remains a mystery just which games from its extensive catalog will be brought to Sony’s console platform and when will they be released. One that isn’t that mysterious is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which is currently slated for a Spring 2025 release. And according to a recent leak, its release is just around the corner.
When is the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle PS5 release date?
The leak from video game industry insider billbil-kun claims Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is finally whipping its way to PS5 next month. Specifically, the Standard Edition launches on April 17 for $69.99. For those who want to play a bit early, the Premium Edition gives customers two days of Early Access for $99.99. This means players who pay an extra $30 can start Indy’s latest adventure on April 15.
Preorders for the PS5 version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle begin around March 25. However, it should be noted that billbil-kun’s information pertains to Europe. Although the preorder period will probably be the same in the United States, it may vary.
Additionally, there isn’t any information about preorder bonuses or what is included with each edition. It is probably safe to assume the Premium Edition of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle for PS5 will be the same or similar to its Xbox Series X|S counterpart. This includes the base game, The Order of Giants Story DLC, Digital Artbook, and Temple of Doom Outfit. The preorder bonuses for Xbox users was The Last Crusade pack which included a suit and whip based on the third film.
This is not the only big Xbox game coming to PS5 in April. Forza Horizon 5 is driving its way to Sony’s current-gen gaming platform beginning April 25. This is in line with a recent report from The Verge’s Tom Warren that stated Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was targeting an April PS5 release.
