Hilton regularly published a list of newly opened hotels with standard point pricing, but stopped doing that when award categories were abolished.

There is still a handy hotel openings spreadsheet Hilton sends out to the trade that lists the hotels and under what brand they opened the previous month. We just received the April 2025 one (this time on time, unlike the abysmal March one that was a month late).

Conclusion

Two Waldorf-Astoria and one LXR opened last month. In addition to these three, plenty of select-service properties came online (you cannot get too excited about them, but they are the bread and butter of Hilton’s business).
