GREMLINS: THE WILD BATCH Sets Season 2 Return Date; Adds Timothy Olyphant, Yvette Nicole Brown, and More To Cast
HBO Max has revealed when fans can expect the return of season 2 of their animated prequel series Gremlins: The Wild Batch. The show, which is developed by Warner Bros. Animation, will drop all five remaining Season 2 episodes on Thursday, April 10th on Max with new cast members Timothy Olyphant, Robin Weigert, Yvette Nicole Brown and SungWon Cho.Olyphant will voice the iconic American legend, Johnny Appleseed; and Robin Weigert will voice another famed character from American folklore, Calamity Jane. Yvette Nicole Brown and SungWon Cho will also appear as guest voices in later episodes.Season 2 takes place one year after the events of season one. It follows Gizmo, Sam, and Elle as they travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing even more magic, mystery and Mogwai mayhem. Hot on the trail of a new brood of evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, coming up against new supernatural creatures and picking up a few mysterious characters along the way.The voice cast also includes Simu Liu, Ming-Na Wen, James Hong, BD Wong, Izaac Wang, AJ LoCascio, Gabrielle Nevaeh and George Takei.
