Full Trailer: “Love, Death + Robots” Volume 4

Netflix has released the full trailer for the fourth season of its adult-animated anthology series “Love, Death + Robots” which returns on May 15th.

David Fincher, Tim Miller, Jennifer Miller, and Joshua Donen executive produce with Jennifer Yuh Nelson set as a supervising director for the genre mashup work.

Kevin Hart, John Boyega, Brett Goldstein, Rahul Kohli, Ed Skrein, John Oliver, Chris Parnell, Rhys Darby, Niecy Nash-Betts, Dan Stevens and MrBeast are among the talent lending their voices to the new episodes which include the Fincher-directed “Can’t Stop” that recreates a famed Red Hot Chili Peppers performance with string puppets.

There’s a mini alien apocalypse story that aims for cuteness, a follow-up to last season’s cyberpunk tale “Swarm,” a gang tale following bushido-like honor codes, a tale of a cat bent on world domination with a robot butler’s help, and a gladiators & dinosaurs competing on a space station story.

There’s also one about a WW2 bomber crew who must take out a church before Nazi’s raise an ancient evil, one about household appliances chatting with each other, and one about an imprisoned 18th century poet who thinks Satan wants him to write a verse to end the world.

Finally there’s the Miller-directed “Gogoltha” which is a rare live-action entry in which aliens come to Earth believing their messiah has been reborn as a dolphin.
