Avolta secures EDGE Assess Certification for workplace inclusivity
The recognition reflects Avolta’s efforts in promoting gender equality, fair compensation, career opportunities and an inclusive environment.

Global travel experience player Avolta has been awarded the EDGE Assess Certification, a global standard for evaluating workplace inclusivity.
The certification covers the company’s operations in Switzerland, the USA, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, representing 45% of its workforce, approximately 35,000 employees.
The recognition reflects Avolta’s efforts in promoting gender equality across all levels of the organisation, fair compensation, equal career opportunities and an inclusive environment.
The company has set a goal to achieve EDGE certification for 80% of its global workforce by November 2025.
Avolta CEO Xavier Rossinyol said: “At Avolta, fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment is a responsibility we embrace. Achieving EDGE certification places us among just 13 companies in Switzerland to hold this distinction, and we are especially proud to be the only company in our industry globally to achieve it.
“This recognition reaffirms our leadership in shaping the best future for our industry, and we remain committed to pushing boundaries, driving change and continuously improving.”
This certification aligns with Avolta’s core brand principle of inclusivity, reinforcing its commitment to an equitable workplace where all employees can thrive, the company noted. It also supports the company’s efforts to advance gender equity as part of the ESG pillar within its Destination 2027 strategy.
