The discount is 30% for non-members, 40% for Accor ALL members, and 50% for Accor Plus subscribers. The sale is available for booking from April 23 to 27.

Conclusion
It is unclear if this Accor Plus refers to the program in Greater China or the separate one for the rest of Asia, because I am not 100% sure that the translation from Chinese to English can capture this nuance.
This sale should allow members to save quite a bit on their stays in Greater China if they plan to visit the country during the summer.

The “Spring Limited Time Sale Offer” flexible is valid for bookings made at participating hotels in the offer across Greater China (“Participating Hotels”).
The Spring Limited Time Sale Offer is only available when the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Booking must be made at least one day in advance;
(b) Booking must be made within the following time range:
- From Wednesday, Apr 23rd, 2025 (inclusive) to Sunday, Apr 27th, 2025 (inclusive) (Beijing Time);
(c) The stay must be for stay dates between Apr 24th, 2025 and Aug 31st 2025 (“Stay Period”). Guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not receive the Spring Limited Time Sale Offer for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.
(d) Offer details:
- Guests book participating hotels during above booking period to enjoy 30% off on the Best Flexible Rate or 30% off on the Breakfast Inclusive Best Flexible Rate;
- ALL Members book participating hotels during above booking period to enjoy 40% off on the Best Flexible Rate or 40% off on the Breakfast Inclusive Best Flexible Rate;
- Accor Plus Members book participating hotels during above booking period to enjoy 50% off on the Best Flexible Rate or 50% off on the Breakfast Inclusive Best Flexible Rate;
There is a limited allocation of rooms on limited days for sale at the Spring Limited Time Sale Offer and the Spring Limited Time Sale Offer is subject to black-out dates, including public holidays, school holidays and availability.
