Swarovski and Avolta partner for sparkling Ariana Grande pop-up at Heathrow Airport
The animation and high-profile collaboration with Ariana Grande are part of Swarovski’s ongoing ‘Lux Ignite’ transformation which aligns the brand with global pop culture and fashion.


UK. Austrian crystal house Swarovski has partnered with Avolta for an exclusive pop-up store in London Heathrow Terminal 3.
Running from 5 February to 4 March, the activation provides an immersive shopping experience for travellers centred on the brand’s latest collaboration with American pop superstar and actress Ariana Grande.
Notably, the pop-up marks the exclusive launch of the Ariana Grande x Swarovski capsule collection, co-designed with the artist. Swarovski said the collection elevates its luxury positioning, aligning the brand with global pop culture and fashion.
The collection and Heathrow animation are part of Swarovski’s broader retail transformation, following previous high-profile collaborations under its ‘Lux Ignite’ strategy. The pop-up’s colourful design embodies Swarovski’s refreshed brand identity, featuring a pink colour palette, dedicated assets and exclusive packaging.
The 16-piece Swarovski x Ariana Grande jewellery collection comprises crystal and pearl pieces. The line celebrates Grande’s musical legacy and reimagines some of Swarovski’s key styles, including tennis necklaces, hoop earrings and ear cuffs. The heart motif and musical note are prominent design details.
Grande was named Swarovski Global Brand Ambassador in 2024 and appeared in the Swarovski holiday campaign ‘Party of Dreams’. Her first co-designed collection launched early this year.
