Bonvoy members earn 4 points per USD
There is no elite bonus for StudioRes stays
Bonvoy members won’t earn elite qualifying nights for StudioRes stays
The StudioRes revenue is Ambassador qualifying (but you need the nights as well)

Marriott offers bundled fees for StudioRes developers, which is likely behind these rather drastic Bonvoy earnings reductions (there is not much cash to play with).
