Pain of Truth & Sunami announce split EP & co-headlining tour

LIHC ass-beaters Pain of Truth and Bay Area hardcore band Sunami are teaming up for a split EP and a co-headlining tour. The EP, COAST TO COAST, is out now via DAZE and Triple B, with two new songs from each band. It was mastered by Bill Henderson at Azimuth with Andy Nelson (Bricktop Recordings) recording and mixing Pain Of Truth, and Charles Toshio (audio by tosh) recording and mixing Sunami. Hear it below.

The tour begins with two nights in San Jose, CA for RBS Fest on April 27 and 28, and wraps up at Orlando’s Welcome to Rockville on May 18, with Haywire opening the first leg of shows and Peeling Flesh the second. See all dates below.

The tour includes a Huntington, NY show at The Paramount on May 3, which is a killer bill with Drug Church and Stand Still, and Haywire, and there’s also a Rutherford, NJ show at The Black Box at Williams Center on May 5, which is with Haywire and Years Spent Cold. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 7 at 10 AM local with a presale starting Wednesday, March 5 at 10 AM EST (use the password COAST2COAST).

Sunami are on the recent Real Bay Shit comp and they’re also playing When We Were Young and the Long Beach and Orlando Warped Tour dates. Pain of Truth are about to go on tour with Counterparts, Malevolence, and Foreign Hands.
