Final Trailer: Viola Davis In “G20”

Amazon Prime Video has released a final trailer for Patricia Riggen’s R-rated action thriller “G20” starring Viola Davis as the President of the United States.

The film sees the G20 summit coming under siege and U.S. President Danielle Sutton (Davis) becomes the number one target. Evading capture, she must bring all her statecraft and military experience to end the siege, outsmart the enemy, protect her family, defend her country and safeguard world leaders.

Also starring is “The Boys” actor Antony Starr who plays the leader of the terrorists and uses his native New Zealand accent for the role.

Ramón Rodríguez, Marsai Martin, Angela Sarafyan, Elizabeth Marvel, Clark Gregg, Douglas Hodge, Sabrina Impacciatore, Christopher Farrar, John Hoogenakker, MeeWha Alana Lee, Theo Bongani Ndyalvane, Conrad Kemp, Joseph Steven Yang, Emmanuel Castis, David James, Noxolo Dlamini, and Gideon Emery co-star.

Noah and Logan Miller penned the script with revisions from Caitlin Parrish and Erica Weiss. Davis Tennon, Julius Tennon and Andrew Lazar produce.

The film comes at an interesting time as U.S. President Trump’s tariffs have shaken global financial markets and re-assessed global relationships between the U.S. and other countries.

“G20” will premiere directly on Amazon Prime Video on Thursday.
