Byron Harvey appointed Director for WHSmith North America’s InMotion business

USA. WHSmith North America has appointed Byron Harvey as the new leader for InMotion, the largest US airport-based electronics retailer.

He is promoted from WHSmith North America Director of Initiatives & Field Operations, a position he held for the last two years to Director.

In his new role, Atlanta-based Harvey takes responsibility for the retailer’s stores across 62 US airports.

He is very familiar with the business having spent four and half a years as a Regional Manager for InMotion in the State of Georgia between 2019 and 2023.

Harvey’s earlier career included management roles with Creative Channel Retail, LG Electronics and MarketStar.

InMotion works with international electronic brands including Apple, Samsung, Beats, Bose, Fitbit, JBL, Sony and Seinnheiser.

Its key products include headphones, speakers, tablets, digital cameras, fitness trackers, and portable power and mobile accessories.
