AMD Radeon RX 9060 is official, rumored to have near-RTX 4070 gaming performance
AMD has officially stated that there is an RX 9060 series and that it will be arriving in Q2 of this year. That means an AMD Radeon RX 9060 and potentially an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT will be available by the end of June, with the cards even potentially breaking cover as early as April 2025. With AMD's hugely anticipated RX 9070 series gaming GPUs going on sale later this week, and Nvidia also primed to unleash its RTX 5070 in the next few days, the fight for the best graphics card that doesn't cost over $1,000 is wide open. However, while the RX 9070 XT, as well as the RX 9070 could potentially offer great calue, they're still going to cost at least $549. As such, the RX 9060 series is really going to be the one to watch for gamers on a budget.
