“The Righteous Gemstones” Actor Tony Cavalero Will Play ‘The Silence Game’

“The Righteous Gemstones” favorite Tony Cavalero has been cast in The Silence Game, Deadline reports.

He joins the previously announced Sarah Yarkin (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Nicholas Cirillo (“Outer Banks”) in the psychological thriller.

It follows a disillusioned young man who, after following a mysterious woman into a camp of outsiders, falls under the influence of a charismatic leader preaching virtue through The Silence Game, an unnerving game with straightforward but terrifying rules.

As the ideology takes a darker turn, he must grapple with its intoxicating philosophy before it spirals into something far more sinister.

The Silence Game is written and directed by John Rosman (New Life) and produced by T. Justin Ross (The Mortuary Collection, The Old Ways).

Production is currently underway in New Mexico.
