Prince Royce Notches 36th Top 10 on Tropical Airplay with Bilingual Bachata ‘How Deep Is Your Love’

Prince Royce collects his 36th top 10 on Billboard’s Tropical Airplay chart with the bilingual bachata, “How Deep Is Your Love,” as the song debuts at No. 6 on the chart dated April 26. It also opens in the top 10 on the new Hot Tropical Songs chart.

“How Deep Is Your Love” was released April 10 on Smiling Prince/Sony Music Latin. It starts with 4.4 million audience impressions earned in the U.S. during the April 11-17 tracking week, according to Luminate.

“Deep” becomes Royce’s first top 10 visit as a soloist, unaccompanied by another act, since “Me EnRD” earned him a four-consecutive-week domination in 2023. In between, he placed two other top 10s, including the 12-week coronation through “Cosas De La Peda,” with Gabito Ballesteros, in 2024.

Thanks to his new entry, Royce amasses 36 top 10s on Tropical Airplay, breaking a tie with Jerry Rivera for the fourth-most overall since the ranking launched in 1994. Here’s a look at those artists with the most top 10s, all male achievers:

Elsewhere, “How Deep Is Your Love” also debuts in the top 10 on the third iteration of the Hot Tropical Songs chart, where it starts at No. 8; Royce’s first top 10 among two charted entries so far.
