S.G. Goodman shares “Satellite,” announces fall tour

S.G. Goodman‘s new album Planting by the Signs arrives in June, and she’s shared the second single, “Satellite.” “The whole premise behind the practice of Planting by the Signs, is that we can look to nature to understand when would be the best time to do something to get the best results,” she says. “I am interested in how man is obstructing nature and its ancient knowledge, while the human condition remains the same: that to survive we must be in harmony with nature and each other.” Watch the video, directed by Ryan Hartley, below.

Goodman also announced a fall headlining tour, beginning on September 18 in Dallas and running through November 10 in St. Louis. Fust, Becca Mancari, and John Calvin Abney each join her for the shows, varying by date, and there’s an NYC stop at Bowery Ballroom on October 29 with Fust. Tickets for all dates go on sale Friday, April 25 at 10 AM local, with various presales happening now.
