iPhone 17 Goes Streamlined In Latest Leak

According to reliable leak source Sonny Dickson, the latest dummy shots for the iPhone 17 are here. The newest iteration differentiates itself from previous models primarily through size. It is set to be the thinnest model yet, approximately 5.5-6mm thick. The leak also confirms that the iPhone 17 screen will be 6.6 inches, offering an in-between of the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max, which are 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively. The model's second biggest apparent update will come to the back camera, which will be reduced to a single lens, similar to the iPhone 16E. According to Mark Gurman, a technology writer at Bloomberg, the phone will feature a wide range of high-end upgrades, including a 120Hz ProMotion display. Though the thinness raises concerns about battery life, there will be no downgrade compared to current models. Both Dickson and Gurman's reports align with the model's previous leaks by sources Ice Universe and iDeviceHelp in collaboration with Majin Bu. According to various renders, the volume and power buttons will remain the same. Though a port-less model is still entirely rumored, Gurman believes that the 17 and 17 Air could be a stepping stone. Currently, Gurman estimates that the iPhone 17 is estimated to retail for approximately $900. Stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
