Chappell Roan has shared details of another outdoor show for the UK this summer. Check out the details below.
The American pop singer and former NME Cover star is set to perform a huge gig in Scotland this August – extending her run of live appearances in the UK scheduled for the summer.
The new slot will take place at the Royal Highlands Showgrounds in Edinburgh, and will be held on August 26 as a headline slot for the Summer Sessions concert series.
It follows on from the already announced headline dates that the ‘Pink Pony Club’ singer has lined up for the 2025 edition of Reading & Leeds. These will be held on August 22 and 23 respectively, and see her top this year’s bill alongside Travis Scott, Bring Me The Horizon and Hozier.
Shortly after performing in Edinburgh, Roan will then head over to Ireland for her previously shared show at 2025’s Electric Picnic on August 29. Tickets for the new Scotland show go on sale this Friday (April 11) at 9am. Visit here for tickets.
Chappell Roan’s outdoor UK and Ireland shows for this summer are:
AUGUST
22 – Reading, Richfield Avenue
23 – Leeds, Bramham Park
26 – Edinburgh, Royal Highland Showgrounds [NEW]
29 – County Laois, Electric Picnic
This year, Roan will also perform at a number of festivals across Europe too – including slots at France’s Rock En Seine, Hungary’s Sziget Festival, Norway’s Øya Festival and Austria’s Frequency Festival. Visit here for international tickets.
The huge number of live shows comes on the heels of the singer sharing the breakthrough album ‘The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess’. The record marked her debut, and has gone on to see her win at the BRIT Awards, at the Grammy Awards, perform alongside Elton John and become one of the best-selling vinyl albums of 2025.
In a four-star review of the LP, NME wrote: “These sharp pop moments shine brighter than some of the weaker ballads that pad out the lengthy tracklist. Yet ‘The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess’ is a display of Roan’s bold and brazen pen, where she places searing revelations alongside some deliciously cheeky choruses.”
Since it was shared, Roan has been hinting at new material, recently dropping the highly anticipated single ‘The Giver’ and sharing an update on when fans can expect her sophomore album. “New album? Great question. We’re so beyond… so beyond far away from that, I could not even tell you,” she said.
