ITA Airways Volare Status Match For Most Oneworld Airlines + Emirates Until June 10, 2025

ITA Airways, which recently exited SkyTeam and will join Star Alliance in 2026 due to Lufthansa’s 41% stake, has launched another status match program to poach members from select Oneworld airlines + Emirates.

The match is open for submissions through June 10, 2025, and the status earned from this match is valid until December 31, 2025 (a relatively short period).

How do I apply for a Status Match?

• Status Match applications can only be made via the “Status Match” area of your personal Volare account.
• Once you have accessed your personal Volare account profile, you will need to provide the following information in the relevant section:
  • The name of the airline company that issued the Card of Origin.
  • The status associated with the Card of Origin.
  • The Card of Origin (you will need to attach a clear and legible photograph of the Card of Origin, which must also contain your first name, last name, airline company, status of origin, and expiration date; the maximum accepted size is 2MB, formats: pdf, png, jpg, jpeg).
  • A valid identification document. The document will be used exclusively for the purpose of this initiative and will be deleted at the end of the Status Match promotion.
• When you send the Status Match application, a message will appear confirming that the application is being processed, together with an application reference number.
• Once the application has been verified, the new status and the relevant digital card will be awarded and recognized by ITA Airways systems within 60 days from the date of the application.

Conclusion

The status from this match is a bit short-lived, as it is only valid through the end of the year, but you never know what fast tracks or requalification offers they may have late this year or in early 2026.

If you have a status with one of the eligible airlines, there’s no downside to participating in this offer.

Terms and Conditions of this match:

• Status Match applications sent via any other channel (e.g. phone, Contact Center, e-mail, social media, etc.) will not be accepted.
• Any Status Match requests that do not include all the details necessary for acceptance or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed.
• Only one Status Match application is permitted per applicant.
• Only one additional Status Match application may be made following an unsuccessful application for the current initiative, provided the initiative is still active.
• If the status is not matched, members will receive a negative outcome e-mail. The reason for rejection can be viewed in the “Do you need help?” section of your personal Volare account.
• If the Status Match application is accepted, the member will receive a welcome e-mail at the address they used to register their Volare account, informing them of their upgrade to the new Volare Club obtained via the Status Match promotion.
• The new status in Volare and the corresponding club membership will remain valid until 31 December 2025.
• In the event of conduct that, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the normal operational procedures for the initiative, or if a participant provides false information, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the assigned benefits, including the Club status obtained through the Volare Status Match initiative.
