Finnair and Aktia, a Finnish bank, signed an agreement in late 2021 regarding a cobranded card that was launched in the spring of 2022.
Finnair and Aktia are now cutting the Avios you earn from this card by up to 41%, and what you earn is dependent on your Finnair Plus tier. There is an increase in tier points you can earn monthly (300 to 500) if you use the card at least 1,500 euros per month.

Conclusion
You have to keep in mind that the credit card interchange fees are capped in the EU/EEA (what these merchant networks can charge from each other but not what merchants pay), and fewer people, in general, are carrying a balance, unlike in the US.
This means that less money can be used to award cardholders for their spending and provide additional card-related benefits.
When this card was launched, I thought the number of Finnair Plus points, now Avios, offered was rather high, and now they have adjusted the earnings down by 41% to 10%.
