Horror Dungeon Crawler ‘REPOSE’ Launches April 14 on Steam [Trailer]

Akupara Games and developer Bozó Attila Bertold have set a date for their dungeon horror title, REPOSE. After securing a publishing deal with Akupara back in January, REPOSE will launch April 14th on Steam, with a demo currently available.

In this dystopian dungeon-crawler, players find themselves on their first day at [the company.] You’ve been tasked with recovering damaged oxygen tanks scattered throughout the facility. Don’t ask what they’re for. Don’t ask where they came from. Do not ask questions. Do not stray from the path. And whatever you do, do not speak to them.

As the newest and most promising employee at [the company,] your employers are eager to see you thrive in this very safe and completely controlled environment. Stay hydrated, stay rested, and trust that [the company] will always protect.

Every step counts in REPOSE. You’ll need to make considered decisions, as each step you take, shot you make and trap you set off drains your limited energy. That also includes fighting whatever it is that’s down here. You’ll need to outwit and outfight the creatures lurking in the facility, using your light to find them, and your axe to kill them. Though [the company] says that you probably won’t need it, you do have a handgun with you. Just in case.
