Evanescence’s Amy Lee only has one tattoo and it’s from ‘The Legend Of Zelda’

Evanescence’s Amy Lee has spoken about her love of The Legend Of Zelda series, with her only tattoo inspired by the long-running video game franchise.

Last month, Evanescence shared new single ‘Afterlife’, which features in the new animated Netflix adaptation of Devil May Cry. The track was the first time the band had been able to get into the studio together since recording 2021’s ‘The Bitter Truth’.

In a new interview with Netflix about the world of video games, vocalist Amy Lee revealed that she’s a “huge” fan of The Legend Of Zelda series. “Ocarina Of Time was my first role-playing game experience and I still play it from time to time, just to calm my heart down and go to sleep. As they’ve gone into Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom, it’s just been this ongoing life journey with me, my family and Legend Of Zelda.

She then showed off her “one tattoo”, a trio of hearts that can be seen in every Legend Of Zelda game to keep track of your health.
