Watch Gang of Four bring out Tanya Donelly and Mission of Burma’s Roger Miller at farewell tour kickoff in Boston

Gang of Four are currently on their Long Goodbye farewell tour, with original frontman Jon King and drummer Hugo Burnham augmented by Belly/L7 bassist Gail Greenwood and Ted Leo on guitar. They’re playing Entertainment! in full followed by a set of other classics, and the tour kicked off in the Boston area on Sunday at Somerville, MA’s Crystal Ballroom, with some special guests on hand for the occasion. Mission of Burma‘s Roger Miller joined for “What We All Want,” while Belly‘s Tanya Donelly sang backup with Hugo’s daughter, Tess, on two songs from Songs of the Free: “We Live as We Dream Alone” and “I Love a Man in a Uniform.” You can watch those below.

The Long Goodbye Tour hits NYC on Thursday (4/24) at Sony Hall and all remaining dates are below.
