"This is a serious moment..." HBO has revealed the first teaser for Mountainhead, a new original movie written and directed by Jesse Armstrong, creator of the uber successful series "Succession." He's back with another story about rich assholes being rich assholes. Four friends reunite during worldwide economic turmoil. Steve Carell, Jason Schwartzman, Cory Michael Smith, and Ramy Youssef paly billionaire tech company CEOs who escape to the mountains for a retreat at a glorious massive condo (filmed in Park City, Utah). But then the world starts to fall apart and descend into an economic collapse, and they stay up there having a good time. At least that's what seems to be going on from this teaser footage. This looks like a clever concept, though it seems to be hitting a bit too close to home with the current news in the real world. These guys are such assholes, hopefully they learn some lessons up in the mountains. Though probably not.
