Luxury British fragrance house Penhaligon’s (Puig) is expanding its footprint in Asia Pacific travel retail with the launch of three airport stores in Malaysia, India and Indonesia.

In Malaysia the brand has partnered with Eraman to unveil Contact Pier Duty-Free Mall at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1. It has joined with Delhi Duty Free in India to open a counter at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. While in Indonesia it has teamed up with Jakarta Duty Free to launch at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport.

Each store showcases a curated selection of Penhaligon’s most popular fragrances, including bestsellers such as Halfeti, Luna, The Tragedy of Lord George and The Coveted Duchess Rose. Alongside its core fragrance collection, Penhaligon’s is offering bath and body products, fragrance discovery sets and travel retail-exclusive formats designed for travellers.

Visitors to the new locations can take advantage of a range of value-added services, including personalisation and complimentary gift wrapping.

The expansion aligns with Penhaligon’s broader strategy to strengthen its travel retail presence and build long-term partnerships with key retailers.

Commenting on the expansion, Puig Executive Vice President Global Travel Retail Kaatje Noens said, “Penhaligon’s new stores reflect our passion for creating exceptional retail experiences that resonate with today’s dynamic consumers.

“These openings highlight our strong partnerships with leading retailers in the region and reinforce our ambition to expand Penhaligon’s footprint in Asia’s most exciting markets.”

The openings mark another milestone in Penhaligon’s ongoing growth strategy, underlining its position as a leading luxury fragrance house in travel retail. Pictured is the Penhaligon’s counter at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Founded in 1870 by William Penhaligon, the brand has evolved from a small London perfumery into a globally recognised name in niche luxury fragrance. With a heritage rooted in craftsmanship and storytelling, Penhaligon’s continues to distinguish itself in the competitive fragrance market.

By investing in prime airport locations, the brand aims to capture the growing demand for high-end fragrance in the Asia Pacific region and enhance its engagement with international travellers. ✈
