**Cartier’s boutique design merges its signature house codes with Japanese aesthetic influences**

JAPAN. Cartier unveiled its refurbished boutique at Narita International Airport Terminal 1 yesterday, in partnership with NAA Retailing Corporation (NAAR).

The redesign reflects Cartier’s focus on enhancing the travel retail experience with a refined and creative concept.

The boutique design blends Narita’s natural aesthetics with Cartier’s craftsmanship, aligning with the brand’s strategy to enhance luxury retail in key airports worldwide.

First opened in 2006, the new-look Cartier boutique showcases a façade in the maison’s signature champagne gold design. The interior features the brand’s distinctive colour palette, evoking the warm hues of the city’s famed sunsets.

**The panther emblem features prominently in the redesigned boutique**

Among the highlights is the feature wall showcasing the panther motif in wood marquetry, reflecting traditional Japanese architectural influences and a connection to local culture.

In addition, the VIP area offers a cosy green space to explore Cartier’s key collections, including jewellery, timepieces, leathergoods, fragrances and accessories.
