Aberfeldy 24 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Edition debuts exclusively with Dubai Duty Free

UAE. Bacardi Global Travel Retail has partnered with Dubai Duty Free for the exclusive launch of the limited-edition Aberfeldy 24 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish single malt at Dubai International Airport.

Now available at Dubai Duty Free, this rare release is limited to 624 bottles.

The 56.8% ABV single malt whisky is part of the growing Exceptional Cask Series, a family comprising single-cask bottlings, double-cask expressions and small-batch single malts.

Aberfeldy 24 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Edition matured for eight years in oloroso sherry casks, enhancing its rich, complex character and deep colour. These casks are popular among whisky makers for infusing notes of dried fruit, nuts, baking spices, leather and tobacco to the whisky.

The distillery carefully tracks the ageing process to ensure the Oloroso cask’s dried fruit, nut and spice notes enrich Aberfeldy’s signature character without masking it.

The 24 Yead Old single malt opens with rich orange peel and fruitcake notes, layered with smooth dark chocolate, a hint of freshly brewed espresso and lingering cinnamon spice.
