Sleep Token have announced a new single, ‘Damocles’, and revealed the full tracklist for their upcoming album ‘Even In Arcadia’. Check out the posts below.
Due to arrive tomorrow (April 25), the masked metal band’s next “offering” serves as the third preview of their highly-anticipated fourth studio record – which is out on May 9 via RCA (pre-order/pre-save here).
Taking to social media last night (April 23), Sleep Token shared an eerie instrumental snippet of the imminent ‘Damocles’ alongside some dark animated artwork.
This came shortly after the group unveiled the full tracklist for ‘Even In Arcadia’, after fans figured it out through a series of online teasers. The LP is comprised of 10 songs, including Sleep Token’s recent singles ‘Caramel’ and ‘Emergence’.
Other titles include ‘Look To Windward’, ‘Dangerous’, ‘Gethsemane’ and ‘Infinite Baths’. See the posts here:
The tracklist for Sleep Token’s ‘Even In Arcadia’ is:
1. ‘Look To Windward’
2. ‘Emergence’
3. ‘Past Self’
4. ‘Dangerous’
5. ‘Caramel’
6. ‘Even In Arcadia’

Earlier this month, Sleep Token scored their first-ever UK top 10 single with ‘Caramel’.
The band are gearing up to headline Download Festival 2025 alongside Green Day and Korn this summer. In July, drummer II will appear at Black Sabbath’s final-ever concert in Birmingham.
Sleep Token will then embark on a North American headline tour in the autumn. Find any remaining tickets here.
Speaking about Sleep Token stepping up to top the bill at Download, festival boss Andy Copping told NME: “It was seeing their meteoric rise over the last two years that made me think, ‘This is a band that deserves to be elevated’.
“They’ve got a sold-out arena tour in a couple of weeks which we already know will be a sight to behold.”
Copping continued: “I think it’s important for the festival to bring new bands through to headline. […] It feels like we’re the first major festival that’s taken the bull by the horns and gone, ‘OK, it’s time. It’s Sleep Token’s moment’. I know it’s going to be amazing for them, amazing for the festival and amazing for the fans.”
‘Even In Arcadia’ will follow on from 2023’s ‘Take Me Back To Eden’, which earned a glowing five-star review from NME. It read: “There are more risks on ‘Take Me Back To Eden’ than Sleep Token have ever taken before, but there’s never an opportunity to doubt whether anything they attempt will succeed.
“It’s an ambitious, emotional monolith of a record, with all the hallmarks of future classic status.”
NME gave last month’s ‘Emergence’ four stars, saying that the single “proves metal’s new kings remain fearless as ever”.
It added: “‘Emergence’ might be their first release on major label RCA, but there’s no sense of anything commercial seeping into their sound. Nor are there any signs of a safe approach, given the pressure of expectation around ‘Even In Arcadia’.”
