Meta Horror Game ‘Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3’ Out Now on Steam [Trailer]

Strange Scaffold, in partnership with publisher Frosty Pop, have released their genre-bending game Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 to Steam. To add even more to the occasion, Strange Scaffold’s previously-released CLICKOLDING and Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 have been announced as official selections for this year’s LudoNarraCon, which celebrates narrative games.

Available with a 30% launch discount until May 6, CRDM3 is a sequel to a game series that doesn’t exist, complete with lore and a fictional development team. This match-3 survival horror comedy RPG Metroidvania (or “matchroidvania”) transports you to a mansion overrun with dinosaurs, and, even more surprisingly, code-breaking bugs. This isn’t your typical creepy mansion; this is one stuck in a video game, and fully aware of it.

Discover the story of how, 20 years ago, the fictional, genre-fusion video game Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion was released and became a smash hit. Hardwell, fights off glitching raptors and T-Rexes in what he soon realizes is a broken video game that he must save.
